I personally believe that can be a great thing, but I look for mentors who, in addition to having character and maturity in their walk with God: *Are members of a local church themselves *Are accountable and honour leadership *Would always encourage me to honour my own leaders even in the tough times. These above qualities are more important than having gifts, anointing and skills.
